By completing your registration and payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms.

1. Nature of Services

HeartScapes LLC provides wellness education and somatic movement experiences through Ecotheraplay™. All offerings are educational and not medical advice, psychotherapy, or clinical treatment. HeartScapes LLC does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental health condition. If you require medical or mental health support, please consult a licensed provider.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to register. By purchasing, you confirm you are legally able to enter into this agreement.

3. Payment

Full payment is required at the time of registration to secure your spot. Payment is processed through third-party payment platforms. HeartScapes LLC does not store your payment information.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued unless otherwise stated on the specific offering's registration page. Transfers to another individual may be permitted with at least 48 hours notice, at the sole discretion of HeartScapes LLC.

If HeartScapes LLC cancels a session due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a credit toward a future offering.

5. Health, Movement & Personal Responsibility

By registering, you acknowledge that HeartScapes offerings may include gentle movement, breathwork, somatic awareness practices, restorative yoga, nature-based activities, and creative practices.

You agree to:

• Practice within your own limits at all times
• Stop any practice that causes pain, dizziness, or distress
• Inform the facilitator prior to the session of any relevant medical conditions, injuries, or limitations
• Consult your healthcare provider regarding any contraindications prior to participation

Participation is always voluntary. You may pause or opt out of any practice at any time.

6. Liability Waiver & Release

You acknowledge that participation in HeartScapes LLC offerings involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical activity, movement, emotional responses to somatic and restorative practices, outdoor environments, and the use of props or materials.

You hereby waive, release, and discharge HeartScapes LLC, its owner Julie Cardoza, and any event venue and its owners, employees, and representatives from any and all liability for any injury, loss, damage, or harm arising from your participation, except in cases of gross negligence.

You voluntarily assume all known and unknown risks associated with participation.

7. Confidentiality & Community

HeartScapes LLC treats all information you share with care. You agree to respect the privacy of all participants and not share the personal information or experiences of others outside of any group setting.

Wellness consulting is not psychotherapy and is not governed by therapist-client privilege.

8. Photography & Intellectual Property

HeartScapes LLC will request permission before using any identifiable images for promotional purposes. All workshop materials, practices, and content are the intellectual property of HeartScapes LLC / Ecotheraplay™ and are for your personal use only.

9. Participant Conduct

HeartScapes LLC reserves the right to ask any participant to leave whose behavior is disruptive, harmful, or compromises the safety or experience of others. No refund will be issued in such cases.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
